✨What is Permanent Jewelry?
Also known as Forever, Infinity, or Welded jewelry, Permanent Jewelry is custom fitted to you and welded together instead of using a clasp.
*All of our styles can also be custom fitted with a clasp for those who prefer it.
✨How does it work?
We will help you design a piece that is just right for you. After choosing a chain style and any add-ons you desire, we will cut the chain to fit and use our welder to finish the piece with a seamless look.

We offer multiple high quality chain options in sterling silver, 14/20 Gold-Filled, and 14k solid gold.
Our bracelets start at $65 and go up depending on the chain you choose. We also offer custom connectors to make your jewelry uniquely your own.

Care and Removal
✨How long does it last?
While the industry term is Permanent Jewelry, a more accurate name would be Welded Jewelry. Nothing in life is truly permanent, and this is jewelry after all. By nature, these chains are delicate and while we work to ensure the best quality materials are used, how long these last can depend on several lifestyle factors. For some customers, their jewelry can last 3 years or more, while others might need to replace their jewelry after a few months.
✨How do I keep my chain in good condition?
Permanent jewelry is meant to be easy! That being said, avoiding chemicals and giving it a regular cleaning will help to extend the life of your jewelry. The best method is to wash your chain when you wash your hands.
Certain chemicals, or even our own skin's PH can cause tarnishing or gold to wear away more rapidly. Alexis Ann can not be held responsible in these circumstances.
✨What if I have to take it off?
No problem! If you ever need to remove your permanent jewelry, just cut it at the welded jump ring. Make sure you save your chain so you can have it rewelded if and when you're ready!
✨What if I change my mind?
Permanent jewelry is not for everyone. If you decide that it doesn't fit your lifestyle, we'd be happy to add a clasp for you so that you can still enjoy your custom jewelry. Just Email Us!

Permanent Jewelry Warranty
✨Breaks + Rewelds
While our jewelry is durable, chains are delicate and can stretch or break over time. Alexis Ann offers a complimentary re-weld for any of our chains.
If you purchased a chain elsewhere, we can offer a reweld for a small fee.
✨Tarnish/Allergy
If your chain tarnishes or causes an allergic reaction within 30 days, we will replace the piece with the same chain, or a chain of the same price at no charge, or offer a 50% refund when you return the chain to us (Customer is responsible for any shipping).
After 30 days, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.
✨Lost Chain
For lost chains, we offer a 50% discount on a new chain within 30 days of original purchase.
To be eligible for a lost chain warranty replacement, the exact chain must be used and welded to the same location (ie. bracelet, ankle, etc)
All Permanent Jewelry Sales are Final
Due to the nature of permanent jewelry as a custom fit piece, we cannot offer refunds.
